The students admitted to Rammohan College in BA/ BSc / BCom  1^st semester (for Hons and General) 2024-2025 from Central Admission Portal in the mop up round  are instructed to be present for physical verification as per the following schedule –

Time for verification – 8 AM to 10.30 AM

The students are also instructed to bring the following documents at the time of verification –

1. Printed and signed application form (signature of candidate and guardian)
2. Admission certificate downloaded from the Central Admission Portal
3. Madhyamik/Equivalent admit card/ certificate ( for age verification)
4. Identity Proof ( Aadhar Card/Voter ID/ Driving License/ any other proof)
5. Higher Secondary/ Equivalent registration certificate.
6. Madhyamik / Equivalent mark sheet
7.  Higher Secondary/ Equivalent mark sheet.
8. Caste certificates ( for SC/ST/OBC A/OBC B candidates issued in West Bengal Only)
9. PWD certificate (if applicable)
10. EWS certificate (if applicable)- only issued by District Magistrate/ Sub –divisional officer/Municipal Corporation/ Municipality (income certificate not required)
11. Migration certificate ( for other state boards)

The original mark sheet, admit card and certificates are to be produced at the time of verification along with self attested photocopies.
