Academic Activities:

1. Regularly involved with Research based writing to gather/extend Academic knowledge.
2. Properly prepared myself according to the new syllabus.
3. Taken Classes ,Assignments ,Tutorials to complete syllabus.
4. Involved with examination related works like taking examination ,checking answer scripts ,scrutiny, uploading marks etc.
5. The M.A course in Bengali was introduced in the year 2014. Since then performed various works in M.A course like taking classes ,taking examination , checking answer scripts ete.
6. Attended different Seminars ,Workshops,Academic Discussions etc.

1. Acted as departmental Head from 1996 -2013 & 2021 July to 2023 June

4. Convenor of academic sub – committee (July 2018 -June 2023)
5. Convenor of Routine Committee
6. Member of Prize committee (Invitee)
7. Convenor of Admission Committee

Total Teaching Experience: 37 years+

1. a) Under Graduate (Hons. + General) : 37 years+
2. b) Post Graduate:10 years+(8 Years in Rammohan College & 3 years in Naba Ballygunge Mahavidyalaya -2012-2015).

Other Activities / Community Service:

1. i) Through N.S.S. attached with different types of community works/social activities
2. ii) Visited slum areas, blind school, old age home and distributed cloths, Foods etc. and distributed pen ,pencils , drawing instruments, to slum area children.

1. Personally donated blankets to slum area children. Helping needy students as and when required. Donated books to seminar library for students’ support.

Besides, 1) I always tried to provide the students moral, emotional and psychological support.

               2) Always tried to be resourceful and successfully performed my role as an effective teacher.

                3) Maintained healthy/cordial relationship with my students and my role was not limited to a teacher but

                    also a facilitator.

              I always tried to do my work to the best of my efficiency.
